About our company.

iFixo is PC Technical Support company based in the USA and India. We have many 1000's of customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and even in beautiful New Zealand. Twenty four hours, every day, we happily support 1000's of PC's, Mac's, Tablets and Smartphones simultaneously.

iFixo got started officially in 2009 but the genesis of the company goes several years back to about 2003 with the rise of the connected home, broadband, beginnings of wifi and Windows XP. In the early 2000 our Founder had just moved to the suburbs from New York City and realized that his friends and neighbors asked him a lot of technical support questions relating to their home PC's and personal technology. We helped friends regularly, made them happy, and a lot of times they recommended their friends to talk to us if they had some technology problem. The questions they asked were mostly simple and could often be solved remotely by our great technology team in New Jersey and often from India. Our friends and family recognized first the helpful service we were providing and they recommended we consider doing this professionally because it would be a great service to many people. (The geek dudes were not around those days)

During 2009 in the USA, home technology was getting complex, several PC's were in the home, people with laptop's were getting connected to the internet over wifi. At home we were getting color printers, digital cameras, iPods and smartphones like Blackberry. Digital technology was getting complex, but more popular. We noticed, broadband usage and home shopping like Amazon was rising, Google was crunching, and Apple was on the rebound while Microsoft was putting out product after product. With the economy turning worldwide, the digital home and SOHO (small office home office) was getting popular. People were working from home and remote offices increasingly. They needed help.

With time we were supporting major corporations in the USA every day and already had a system administration team with a 24/7 help desk. In the meantime, we noticed some first generation technical support companies were also doing well. We recognized we were in the midst of an opportunity.

During mid 2009, at the insistence of our friends, family and employees we decided to take our friendly support service to the public and added an experienced professional contact center with a team of certified technology professionals to form iFixo. Our goal, create a great company focusing on two things - 100% Customer Satisfaction and great Employee Satisfaction.

Since then, we at iFixo strive to make every customer happy and in turn we believe that every happy customer will recommend us to their friends and family. Thanks to our great employees and happy customers, this simple strategy has worked great for us so far. We are building one smile at a time.
